Alrighty...

Step One: Common Denominator
11/14 - 11/7

To do this, multiply the second fraction by 2-

11/7 * 2/2 = 22/14

So now you have the problem: 11/14 - 22/14

11-22 = -11
(And the denominators stay the same)

So your answer is -11/14.
