According to the BODMAS rule:

--->h/rt=(h/r)*t=(ht/r)

ln(p)=ln(a)-(ht/r)

(ht/r)=ln(a)-ln(p)

(ht/r)=ln(a/p)

ht=r*ln(a/p)
