Since you can't simplify or combine any of the values inside the parenthesis, you'd use the distribution property to solve this:

15 - 9x + 30y - 18z

This would be the most simplified form.

Hope this helps!

You would take the number outside of the parentheses and multiply it to the numbers inside. The answer would be
15-9x+30y-18z
