Both the eggs have the same value of velocity and the same value of mass.

As the momentum of the body in terms of mass and velocity is,

[tex]p=mv[/tex]

The mass and velocity of both the eggs are the same, thus, the value of momentum for both the eggs is also the same.

The initial kinetic energy of the body is,

[tex]K=\frac{1}{2}mv^2[/tex]

Thus, the kinetic energy of both the eggs also remains same.

Hence,
