we are given

[tex] (3x^2 y)^{-3} [/tex]

firstly , we can make exponent positive

[tex] \frac{1}{(3x^2y)^3} [/tex]

now, we can distribute exponent

[tex] \frac{1}{(3x^2)^3(y)^3} [/tex]

[tex] \frac{1}{(3)^3(x^2)^3(y)^3} [/tex]

we can combine exponents

and we get

[tex] \frac{1}{27x^6y^3} [/tex]...........Answer
